有沒有試過戴普通口罩做運動時，一出汗就弄濕口罩？普通口罩一濕水就會失去保護功效，所以運動時絕對需要佩戴運動專用口罩。運動口罩選擇有很多，但未必個個都適合，需要具防護功、防水、透氣才適合用來舒適地運動。
